摆线齿轮极坐标跟踪测量关键技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据摆线齿轮齿廓曲线的特点,以极坐标测量原理为基础,提出径向跟踪测量方法并采用直线电机作为实时跟踪装置。该技术不仅避免了测球相对于齿面的打滑和卡死现象,而且还可保持测量过程中测球与齿廓表面的测量力基本恒定。对等间隔啮合相位角采样下的测量点在齿廓上的分布情况、实施跟踪测量的方案、硬件电路设计及数据处理进行详细的论述。同时,应用误差补偿技术对跟踪误差和测头调整误差进行了修正。通过实验,求出摆线齿轮全齿廓上各个测量点的法向误差。 According to the characteristics of cycloid gear tooth profile curve, it brings forward the use of radial tracking methods and the use of linear motors as a real-time tracking device based on polar coordinate measuring principle. This technique not only avoids skidding and choking to death of the measured ball relative to the tooth surface, but also maintains the measuring force on the surface between the measuring ball and the tooth profile constant basically in the measuring process. The distribution of the measured point on the tooth profile is described in detail when interval epicycloid occurring-angle is sampling, the implementation of tracking and measuring, the hardware circuit design and data processing. At the same time, the tracking error and the error when measuring point are adjusted will be emended by the application of the error compensation technique. At last, the normal error of various measurement points on the whole tooth profile of the cycloid gear can be found by experiment.
