摘要
针对低频大位移振动激励系统非线性等因素造成输出波形失真度大的问题,对中国计量科学研究院低频垂直向副基准装置分频段采用位移、速度和加速度负反馈控制技术,实现激励系统的闭环控制,改善了低频标准振动台的动态特性,提高了系统抑制外界干扰的能力。给出的开环与闭环状态下传感器的校准数据,证明负反馈技术的应用降低了装置的测量不确定度。
Total harmonious distortion (THD) of output waveform of the vibration exciter is larger when the frequency of the measurement signal becomes lower. The application of displacement, velocity and acceleration feedback control is implemented separately on the national secondary vibration standard maintained in NIM, which improves the dynamic characteristic and stability of the device. Calibration comparisons is made between closed loop and opened loop of the exciter, and based on the calibration results, the application of feedback control can minimize the THD of the output waveform and improve the precision of calibration effectively in low frequency calibration.
