摘要
从振动环境的振源多向性和加速度矢量的基本理论人手,通过分析单向和三向加速度计的灵敏度矩阵形式,提出三维振动激励系统可较为真实地模拟被测传感器的典型应用环境。因此只有使用三维振动加速度校准系统才能实现三向加速度计灵敏度和单向加速度计横向灵敏度的精确校准。探讨了研制三维振动校准激励系统的技术关键。
On the basis of the fundamental theories about multi-directional characteristic of vibration sources and the acceleration vector, the sensitivity matrixes of one-axis accelerometers and the three-axis accelerometers are discussed. It is presented that the three-dimensional vibration generator system can more factually simulate the typical application environment of transducer being measured. Therefore, the accurate calibrations for sensitivity of three-axis accelerometers and transverse sensitivity of one-axis accelerometers can be realized only by roans of three-dimensional vibration calibration system. The key development technologies of three-dimensional calibration vibration generator system is also discussed.
