乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检:适应证与规范操作 被引量：10

The Indication and Operating Rules for Sentienal Lymph Node Biopsy in Breast Cancer

摘要 前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)目前已成为临床腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者腋窝分期的金标准。SLNB具有操作简单、安全、可信、很好的重复性、很高的预测值和很低的假阴性率等优点。SLNB较传统的腋淋巴结清扫术(ALND)并发症发生率显著性降低。全文就SLNB的适应证、禁忌证及操作规范等作一简介。
