摘要
由于无刷直流电机转矩波动较大,不但会产生噪声和振动等问题,而且会影响整个系统的性能。由于直接转矩控制具有瞬时转矩控制的特点,提出了一种基于直接转矩控制的无刷直流电机控制系统实现方案,该方案对转矩进行闭环控制,通过转矩滞环调节器输出的控制信号和由位置传感器测得的转子位置选择相应的空间电压矢量,实现对电机转矩的直接控制,以达到抑制转矩波动的目的。仿真结果表明该方案可行有效,能够较好的抑制无刷直流电机的转矩波动。
Torque ripple generated in brushless DC motors(BLDCM) is the main drawback of BLDCM,which not only can produce noise and vibration,but also can impact the performance of the system.Because the direct torque control(DTC) can control the torque instantly,in this paper,DTC is used to control the BLDCM.This scheme controls torque by closed-loop control.And then the control signal is obtained by the hysteresis controller.Finally with this control signal and the rotor po-sition which is obtained by the position sensor,the corresponding voltage space vector is selected,so that the torque can be controlled directly,and the torque ripple can be reduced.
