摘要
本文提出了一种新型容积式热交换器,该热交换器的传热元件采用弹性管束。弹性管束的流体诱导下自由振动,改变管外表面的绕流状况,在强化传热的同时,还可以防止污垢的产生。采用双筒结构和射流卷吸技术,使得热交换器壳体内产生较强的流体自循环,从而达到迅速、均匀加热的目的。
Presented in this paper is a new type of storage heat exchangers with
elastic tube banks serving as heat transfer elements. The free vibration of elastic tube banks
induced by fluid flows can change the circumferential flow of the tube outer surface, thereby
enhancing heat transfer and preventing the fouling of tube surface. A double shell construction
and jet flow entrainment techniques have been adopted, bringing about a relatively strong fluid
self circulation in the heat exchanger shells and thereby attaining the aim of rapid and uniform
heating.
