摘要
对可与循环流化床水冷壁直接结合而易于布置的下排气方形旋风分离器的性能指标:分离效率、压降等进行了研究。为了获得最佳的结构,对不同的结构方案进行了优化试验。结果表明,采用锥形缩口排气管的下排方形气旋风分离器具有结构简单、高效率低阻等优点,有利于实现循环流化床锅炉的大型化。
Studied in the paper are the performance, separation efficiency and pressure loss of a uniflow
square shaped cyclone separator which can be directly and easily installed on the water wall
of a circulating fluidized bed boiler. To achieve an optimum structure, a variety of versions
have been tested and analyzed. The test results show that the uniflow square-shaped cyclone
separator with a cone shaped exhasust gas duct offers the advantages of a compact structure,
high efficiency and low pressure drop, etc. The above cited merits are of great help in realizing
the scale up of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
