改良型踝足矫形器对脑卒中偏瘫患者足内翻步行能力的影响 被引量：4

摘要 足下垂和足内翻是脑卒中患者最常见的后遗症之一,如何重建和改善他们的行走能力,从而提高其生活质量,是康复治疗中的难题.踝足矫形器（AFO）是纠正脑卒中患者偏瘫足内翻、步态的常用康复治疗器具.约60%偏瘫患者在出院时需要使用AFO来改善其步行能力[1].AFO对偏瘫足内翻患者虽有一定的矫治作用,但在步行的速度及稳定性方面并没有发挥到最好功能.本研究通过对我科使用AFO和改良型AFO治疗的脑卒中患者的临床疗效观察,发现使用改良型AFO对步行速度及日常生活能力的提高取得明显效果,现报道如下.
