摘要
为了使专利技术产业化综合评价工作更为科学、规范,在已建立的专利技术产业化影响因素体系的基础上,结合多元线性回归方法提出基于多元线性回归模型的专利技术产业化的综合评价方法。通过对样本数据的分析,筛选出具有线性关系的因变量,构建模型,并进行残差分析,使模型更加有效、可靠,进而为政府制定相关政策以及企业采取有效策略提高专利技术产业化水平提供依据。
In order to enable the comprehensive evaluation on patent technology industrialization to be more scientific and standardized,a synthetic evaluation method on patent technology industrialization based on multivariate linear regression analysis model is brought forward,which is combined with multivariate linear regression analysis method and based on established factors system of patent technology industrialization.A model is established in order to provide the blueprints for government to formulate relevant polity and for enterprises to take effective actions to improve the level of patent technology industrialization,we carry through analysis about sample data and select dependent variable with linear correlation.
