摘要
胜任力这一概念自提出以来,已经应用到许多领域。通过行为事件访谈法和问卷调查,为样本高校学院探讨构建了知识型团队的胜任力模型,为企业以及科研机构等组织的知识型团队成员的人才选拔和培养提供了标准。
Competency has been used in a number of areas since it was brought up for the first time.The author explored the competency model of excellent members within knowledge-based team by behavioral event interview and questionnaire.The paper put out the standards for professional training or selections of members in knowledge-based team such as some enterprises and research institutions.
