摘要
知识管理是企业获取和保持竞争优势的主要途径之一,企业建立知识管理体系可以促进知识共享并提高其开发效率和产品质量,然而国内众多的项目驱动型软件企业并未从已存在的项目经验中获益。针对这一现状,提出结合软件项目的过程改进,建立制度化的知识管理模式,以提升这一类型企业知识管理的水平和效果,为其实施有效的知识管理提供理论和实践参考。
Knowledge management is one of the main ways for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.Enterprises can improve the knowledge sharing and promote development efficiency and product quality by establishing knowledge management system.However numerous domestic projects-driven software enterprises don＇t benefit from existing project experience.In view of this situation,we suggest to establish the institutionalization of knowledge management combining software project process improvement in order to improve the level of enterprise knowledge management.The research will provide theoretical and practical reference for software enterprises to implement effective knowledge management.
