Research of Relation between Academic Standard and Intellectual Property Rights in Postgraduate Education

从五个方面论述了研究生教育中的学术规范与知识产权关系研究。(1)研究生教育中常见学术失范与其所侵犯的知识产权;(2)造成研究生学术失范、侵犯他人知识产权屡禁不止的原因;(3)严格的学术规范是尊重他人知识产权的前提;(4)加强知识产权教育,会促进研究生自觉遵守已有的学术规范;(5)学术规范与知识产权保护二者相辅相成。

This project discusses the research of relation between academic standard and intellectual property rights in postgraduate education from five aspects.（i） There are some common academic anomies and intellectual property rights infringed in postgraduate education;（ii） What are the reasons for academic anomies of postgraduates as well as infringing others＇ intellectual property rights despite repeated prohibition;（iii）The strict academic standard is the premise of respect for intellectual property rights;（iv）It is necessary to strengthen the education of intellectual property rights in order to promote postgraduates to keep existing academic standards;（v）Academic standard and intellectual property rights preservation should complement each other.
