摘要
IT外包是企业信息化建设的一把"双刃剑",收益与风险并存。以中小企业为研究对象,从博弈论和信息经济学角度分析了中小企业对外包商的最优监督水平和声誉激励,并提出了相应的风险控制策略。
IT outsourcing is a＇double-edged sword＇,which means the returns and risks coexist,in enterprise informatization development.In this paper,we analyze the SMEs＇optimal level of supervision of contractors and reputation incentives mechanism from game theory and information economic.Finally,some risks control strategies are provided.
