摘要
通过对城市突发事件辅助决策现有模式分析,首先构建了城市突发事件知识交流虚拟联合体概念,其次提出了基于内部知识和外部知识体系进行辅助决策的"1+1"决策模式,最后建立了案例型通用辅助决策支持系统框架并阐述了实现条件,从而为城市突发事件辅助决策的新模式和原形系统开发提供了理论支持。
Based on analyzing the existed characters of city emergency auxiliary decision model,the paper presents a new concept of city emergency knowledge exchange virtual union and then puts forward ＂1＋1＂ auxiliary decision model.With the analysis of the case common auxiliary decision support system framework and its realization condition,the paper provides a theory support for new model and system development.
