摘要
叶轮是汽轮机的主要部件之一。汽轮机运行时,叶轮的轮缘在叶片离心力和自身离心力的作用下应力很大,因此必须对其进行强度计算,以确保运行时安全可靠。但用传统方法计算带小脚T型叶根小脚支反力存在明显的问题。笔者通过分析,找出原因并提出改进的计算方法,使计算结果更接近实际。
Wheel is one of the key components in turbine. When turbine is operating, wheel rim subjected to blades and itself centrifugal force appears significant stresses. The strength calculation is necessary to ensure safety and reliability in operation. If the foot bearing reaction of T blade root with foot is calculated by traditional calculation option, there is apparent problem. Thus, through analysis, writer found out the cause and suggested modified option to close the calculation result to actual status as far as possible.
