摘要
不确定性对企业未来的战略提出了新的挑战,在不确定性的环境下,企业需要对原有的战略进行调整。影响企业战略调整的主要影响因素有企业所拥有的资源、核心能力、企业组织结构特征以及企业发展意愿等。结合战略调整的影响因素,构建了企业动态战略模型并探讨了战略实施与控制中的动态调整机制:建立学习型组织、实施柔性战略以及建立战略联盟。
The uncertainty raises new challenges for the future strategies.In an environment of uncertainty,companies need to adjust the original strategy,the main factors affecting strategic adjustments are the resources owned by the company,core competencies,organizational structure and development willing of enterprises.Combined with the factors of strategic adjustment,the article discusses the dynamic adjustment mechanism in the course of implementation and control of the strategy,which is described as follows: building a learning organization,implementing the flexible strategies and strategic alliances.
