论欠发达地区FDI与产业集群的互动发展——以苏北为例

Interaction Development between FDI and Industrial Clusters in Less Developed Areas:——Take North Jiangsu Province as an Example

在科学发展、和谐发展的框架下,促进欠发达地区的跨越式发展无疑是当前我国经济发展的重大课题。FDI与产业集群互动发展为苏北欠发达地区的跨越式发展提供了一种有效的路径。苏北欠发达地区在推动FDI与产业集群互动发展方面既有有利条件,也有诸多制约因素。因此,苏北欠发达地区要实现FDI与产业集群互动发展必须一方面,按照产业集群发展的需要灵活调整FDI的利用方式,另一方面,按照外资的决策规律积极调整产业集群的发展路径。

In the framework of scientific development and harmonious development,the leap forward economic development in less developed is the major issue in China.Interaction development between FDI and cluster provides an effective path for the north Jiangsu province＇s leapfrog development.To achieve the interaction development between FDI and cluster,the underdeveloped areas in north Jiangsu province,not only have some favorable conditions,but also many constraints.Therefore,to achieve the interaction development between FDI and cluster,the underdeveloped areas in north Jiangsu province must,on the one hand,adjust the use of FDI according to the needs of the industrial clusters development,on the other hand,actively adjust the industrial cluster development path in accordance with the laws of foreign investment policy.
