对接现代服务业需求的应用型人才培养实现路径探讨

Study of Achieving Path to Train Practical Talents Adaptable to Professional Needs of the Modern Service Industry

发展现代服务业是我国经济发展模式转变的重要战略,现代服务业发展的根本是人才,高等院校是人才培养的重要基地和主要供给渠道。但是,一些高等院校的人才培养模式与现代服务业未能实现很好的对接,使之培养的人才难以适应现代服务业的职业需求。结合天津职业技术师范大学的教学实际,探讨了对接现代服务业需求的应用型人才培养的实现路径。

The development of the modern service industry is an important stratagem of shifting model of economic development in China.Institutions of higher learning are an important base and main supply channel of personnel training.However,some universities are difficult to adapt the mode of personnel training to the modern service industry,so trained personnel is difficult to adapt to professional needs of the modern service industry.The paper studies the achieving path to train applied talents adaptable to professional needs of the modern service industry,by combining with teaching practice of Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
