职业教育校企合作中的知识转移研究

Study on Knowledge Transfer in Cooperation of School with Enterprise in Vocational Education

知识转移是职业教育校企合作的核心,它与普通高等教育实施"产学研"过程中发生的知识转移属于两种不同类型。以此为基础,通过从职业教育中的知识特性、知识层次和过程以及影响因素等方面对相关文献的研究,提出了职业教育校企合作中知识转移的研究框架。

Knowledge transfer is the core of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,which is different from the knowledge transfer that occurs in the process of ＂the cooperation of industries,universities and research institutes＂ in general higher education.Based on the difference,a research framework of knowledge transfer in school-enterprise cooperation of the vocational education is presented through the relevant research of several aspects,such as knowledge characteristics,knowledge levels process and effect factors.
