基于参数模型法的输变电设备检修成本估算研究 被引量:2

Research on Maintenance Cost Calculation for Transmission and Transformation Equipments Based on Parameter Model

摘要 目前输变电设备的检修成本是按照定额来测算的,无法反映检修条件及地域经济差异对检修成本的影响。提出了运用参数模型法建立输变电设备检修成本估算数学模型的新思路,以状态检修决策中的检修成本估算为应用目标,对检修成本的构成进行了分析,挖掘出影响检修成本的主要因素,以这些因素为自变量因子建立起估算模型。分析了参数模型中各因子的取值方法以及可行性。研究结果表明,该方法是以定额为基础,通过对自变量因子的调整,能有效反映检修条件及地域经济对检修成本的影响,使估算结果更加科学。 The maintenance cost for transmission and transformation equipments are calculated by quota in recent,which can't reflect the influence of different maintenance condition and regional economy on maintenance cost.Based on parameter model,a new method was presented to construct maintenance cost calculation model for transmission and transformation equipments.Aiming at the maintenance in cost decision-making of condition-based maintenance,the components of maintenance cost were analyzed,some main factors were found and the cost calculation model was constructed by taking these main factors as independent variables.The feasibility and the value selection method of independent variables in the parameter model were also analyzed.The results showed that the proposed parameter model method for maintenance cost calculation was established based on quota,which reflected the influence of different maintenance condition and regional economy on maintenance cost through adjusting independent variable,and the results of calculation were more scientific.
