摘要
分析了发电企业脱硫设施建设运营现状,指出我国脱硫运营管理中存在的问题,并从政策体系、激励措施、市场机制等方面提出了提高发电企业脱硫建设运营能力的建议。
The construction and operation of power plant desulfurization facilities were analyzed,China＇s flue gas desulfurization operation and management problems were revealed.The advice to improve power plant desulfurization construction and operation capabilities from the aspects of policy system,incentive measures,and market mechanisms were given.
