摘要
提出了一种锅炉汽温状态反馈控制器的工程设计新方法。该方法采用负实重极点法确定控制系统的期望极点,利用能控标准形和梅森公式导出控制系统的传递函数。应用该方法可同时完成动态设计和稳态设计,该方法只含简单的代数运算,所用参数的物理意义明确,适于工程应用。通过成功的仿真试验证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
A new engineering design method for the state feedback controller of boiler steam temperature was proposed.The desired poles of the control system were determined based on the negative duplicate poles method.The system transfer function was derived by using the Mason formula and the controllable norm model.The steady state design and the dynamic state design could be completed simultaneously with this method.The method was suitable for engineering application as it only contained simple algebra computation and had definite physical meaning parameters.The successful simulation test demonstrated the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
