The scholars in Japan put much energy on research of short-circuit current limitation and have got many results.Base on the summary of all effective measurements,technologies and measurements of short-circuit current limitation in Japan are generalized.In particular,the latest researches are traced and analyzed.Base on comparison of Japan power grid and East China Power Grid,reasonable recommendations are proposed on the future works of short-circuit current limitation in East China Power Grid.
