摘要 结合超临界锅炉机组启动与运行的特殊性,提出了600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的启动系统方案,分析了超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的冷、热态启动过程及工作过程的特性,给出了可供参考的冷、热态启动曲线,阐述了机组启停优化运行技术措施、主要运行参数的调整与控制技术、污染物NOx及SO2排放浓度的控制及锅炉低负荷运行的稳燃技术等,为600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉机组的顺利投运提供了一定的参考与借鉴. Aiming at the particularity of startup and operation of the supercritical boiler units,the startup system scheme of 600MW supercritical circulation fluidized bed(CFB) boiler was proposed.The operating process features of the supercritical CFB boilers during cold and hot startup were analyzed,and the referenced cold and hot startup curves were presented.Moreover,the technical measures of the optimized operation for startup and shutdown,the regulating and controlling technologies of the main operating parameters,emission control for the pollutants NO_x/SO_2 as well as the sustained combustion technology under low load of boiler were described,which offer reference for the successful commissioning of the 600MW supercritical CFB boiler unit.
