摘要
针对滑动轴承运行状态直接影响旋转机械运行的安全与可靠性问题,充分利用实测轴振和瓦振数据,对轴心轨迹、轴颈中心位置变化、轴振和瓦振之间的比例关系进行了分析和研究,提取了轴承运行状态信息特征,对轴承运行状态进行综合评判,介绍并分析了几个旋转轴系故障的工程实例,证明综合应用轴振和瓦振信息融合的分析方法可较好地判断滑动轴系的工作状态.
The running state of sliding bearing may directly influence the safety,stability and reliability of corresponding rotary machines.Actual vibration measurements of a sliding bearings shaft and bushing were used to analyze the variation of its rotor orbit and journal center and the amplitude relationship between the shaft and bushing vibration,from which characteristic parameters of related vibration signals were extracted for comprehensive running state evaluation of the sliding bearings.Actual analysis has been performed for several engineering projects involving rotary shaft failures,which proves the method to be effective in evaluating the running state of sliding bearings by comprehensively applying the shaft and bushing vibration data.
