摘要
以ZJ90/6750DB超深井钻机井架为研究对象,依据API Spec 4F《钻井和修井结构规范》2008-01第3版中载荷设计的要求,选取最恶劣工况对该井架进行静态分析,得到位移和应力分布规律,计算结果为设计者更好地了解该井架的静态特性提供理论基础。
The design and calculation for ultra-deep drilling rig derrick receives much concern in the field of oil equipment manufacturing.The article is ZJ90/6750DB ultra-deep drilling rig derrick for the study,based on the design loadings in API Spec 4F 《Specification for Drilling and Well Servicing Structures》 third edition,January 2008,selecting the three worst conditions for static analysis of the derrick,the distribution rules of displacements and stress were obtained,the results provided designers a better understanding of the static characteristics of the derrick.
