摘要
为解决电泵作业时电缆卡子落井,容易造成井况复杂、恶化的问题,研制出电缆卡子防掉装置。该装置可以安装在电泵电机末端,也可以安装在其他机采工艺的"八防"工具上,接住脱落的电缆卡子,随管柱起出地面。具有结构简单、可重复使用的特点。通过52井次现场试验表明,具有推广价值。
In order to solve the pump operation when the cable clamp falls into a well,easily leading to complex well conditions,aggravation of the problem,a fall prevention device cable clamp was developed.The device can be installed in the pump motor at the end;it can be installed in other machine mining technology ＂Eight-defense＂ tool to catch the cable clamp if it falls,with the column from the ground.Simple structure,reusable features.Test on 52 wells in field showed that it is worth promoting.
