摘要
胜利油田部分注水开发后期的油井因结垢问题,缩短了检泵周期。采用定期环空掺药的方式,虽然取得了一定的效果,但是存在腐蚀套管和用量大等问题。介绍了一种新型的井下掺药装置,能够实现药剂在泵下连续、定量地与产出液混合,从而延缓油井产出液结垢的速度。现场应用17井次,平均检泵周期延长129 d。
With oilfield stepping into the high water cut period,scale become more and more serious,they lead to shortening pump check period.The introduction was made for the gravity instillation device which can suspend the scaled velocity of oil well.Field application showed that the pump maintenance prolonged 129 days.
