永磁电机在钻井装备中的应用探讨 被引量:10

摘要 永磁电机具有体积小、质量轻、效率高,可提供低速大扭矩输出特性等优点,已被广泛应用。对目前几种永磁电机的性能特点进行了阐述,并结合钻井装备的工况进行了对比匹配分析,提出了研制永磁电机直驱式泥浆泵的可行性。针对永磁电机应用到钻井装备中必须解决的几项关键技术提出了建议。 The Permanent Magnet Motor(PM motor) has been used widely during many industrial field because there are many merits,such as small cubage,little weight,high efficiency and the characteristic of big torque but low speed.The comparison about the characteristic during such PM motors was made.The matching status between the PM motor and the drilling equipment was analyzed.According to the comparison,it can draw the conclusion that it is viable that the mud pump is driven by the PM motor directly.Finally,a few suggestions about the key technology was put forward during the developing process of the drilling equipment which driven by the PM motor directly.
