摘要
目的提出我国制药产业应对机遇和挑战,提升专利申请水平的相关建议。方法基于1985~2009年的专利数据绘制了国外制药企业在华专利申请的数量、质量、国别分布、研发中心专利申请等图表,并对这些图表进行了分析。结果国外药企在华专利申请对我国制药产业产生了重大影响。结论我国制药企业应不断完善药品知识产权制度,提高药品专利申请质量,与国外药企实现合作共赢。
Objective To put forward some suggestions regarding how our domestic pharmaceutical industries should face challenges and opportunities in patent application.Methods Based on the patent data from 1985 to 2009,different diagrams were drawn and analyzed,including the quantity,quality,country distribution and patent application of research and development centers.Results Patent application of foreign pharmaceutical enterprises had a significant influence on the development of our domestic pharmaceutical industries.Conclusion Domestic pharmaceutical industries should improve drug intellectual property system and quality of patient application in order to achieve win-win cooperation.
