安神类中成药中非法添加化学药成分检测方法研究

Study of Screening for Illegal Adding of Chemical Compositions in TCM Calming the Nerves

目的建立对中成药中非法添加的10种苯二氮卓类化学成分的快速筛选方法。方法采用TLC法对安神类中成药中非法添加的地西泮、硝西泮、氯硝西泮、氯氮卓、奥沙西泮、马来酸咪哒唑仑、劳拉西泮、艾司唑仑、阿普唑仑、三唑仑进行快速筛选。结果建立了快速分离检验中成药中10种非法添加成分的测定方法,检测限低于0.1μg。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于安神类中成药中非法添加化学药成分的快速筛选。

Objective To establish a determination method for simultaneous screening 10 chemical compositions of benzodiazepine in TCM.Methods TLC was used to screen diazepam,nitrazepam,clonazepam,clorazepate,oxazepam,midazolam maleate,lrazepam,estazolam,alprazolam and tiazolam in TCM calming the nerves.Results The method for simultaneous screening 10 chemical compositipn was established.The LOD of these substances were below 0.1μg.Conclusion The method is selective and sensitive to detect chemical composition in TCM calming the nerves.
