急倾斜厚煤层水平分层综放工作面支架载荷确定 被引量:24

Load Determination of Powered Supports for Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face in Horizontal Slice of Steep Inclined Thick Seam

摘要 基于现有综放支架工作阻力计算方法不能适用水平分层综放工作面。通过分析急倾斜厚煤层水平分层综放开采后顶板破断形成的结构,以及结构失稳时对顶煤和支架的作用,确定水平分层综放开采工作面支架载荷计算方法。研究发现,急倾斜厚煤层水平分层综放开采支架载荷主要来自于本分层顶煤、残留于采空区上分层顶煤和部分冒落矸石重力,支架载荷大小与水平分层厚度、煤层倾角、顶板岩性等条件有关,确定了水平分层综放条件支架载荷计算公式,并通过现场实测数据验证,取得了合理可靠的计算结果。 Due to the available working resistance calculation method of the hydraulic powered caving support applied in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face could not be suitable applied to the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in the horizontal slice,with the analysis on the roof broken formed structure after the fully mechanized top coal caving mining for the horizontal slice in the steep inclined thick seam and the structure stability lost affected to the top coal and powered supports,a loading calculation method of the powered support for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of the horizontal slice was determined.The study found that the loading of the powered support in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of the horizontal slice in steep inclined thick seam would mainly come from the seam top coal,the top coal of the upper slice in the goaf and partial falling coal reject weight.The loading of the powered support would be related to the thickness of the horizontal slice,the seam inclination and the roof lithology and others.The loading calculation formula of the powered support under the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of the horizontal slice was determined.With the verification of the site measured data,rational and reliable calculation results were obtained.
