摘要
在传统轻质碳酸钙(PCC)生产工艺基础上,通过加入结晶添加剂及其他工艺改进措施,探讨温度、结晶添加剂加入时间和加入量等影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件,达到了对高档卷烟纸专用PCC的晶型控制和粒径优化控制的目的。
The optimal process of producing calcium carbonate for high-quality cigarette paper is obtained by investigating the effects of reaction conditions such as temperature,the addition time and addition level of crystalline controllers on the size and the shape of precipitated calcium carbonate.
