摘要
为解决神东矿区浅埋煤层开挖过程中的围岩稳定和支护设计难的问题,在分析该矿区榆家梁矿、补连塔矿、上湾矿和大柳塔矿采场矿压与岩移观测资料的基础上,采用线性回归方法研究了浅埋煤层长壁采场矿压显现规律和工作面支架临界支护强度。研究结果表明:初次来压步距、周期来压步距与工作面推进速度成正比关系,与工作面长度成反比关系;动载系数与采高、推进速度及工作面长度成正比关系;沿工作面长度方向,支架载荷分布呈现二次抛物线规律;采高相同时,支架的临界支护强度与工作面长度成正比关系。采高、工作面长度和推进速度是影响浅埋煤层长壁采场矿压显现与支架工作阻力的三大因素。
In order to solve the surrounding rock stablity and support design difficult problems in the shallow depth seam excavation process in the Shendong Mining Area,based on the analysis on the observation information of the mine strata pressure and rock displace-ment in Yujialiang Mine,Bulianta Mine,Shangwan Mine and Daliuta Mine of the mining area,the linear regression method was applied to study the strata pressure behavior law of the longwall coal mining face in a shallow depth and the critical support strength of the face powered support.The study results showed that the distance between the two steps of the initial pressurized strata and the distance between the two steps of the periodical pressurized strata would have a direct proportion relationship with the coal mining face advancing rate and would be an inverse proportion relationship with the coal mining face length.There would be a direct proportion relationship between the dynamic loading coefficient and the cutting height as well as the face advancing rate and the face length.Along the direction of the coal mining face length,the loading distribution of the powered support would present tow parabolic laws.When the cutting heights were same,the critical support strength of the powered support applied would have a direct proportion relationship with the coal mining face length.The cutting height,the coal mining face length and the coal mining face advancing rate would be the three major factors affected to the strata pressure behavior of the coal mining face in a shallow depth seam and the working resistance of the powered support.
