国外矿井救生舱研究现状及问题分析 被引量:31

摘要 由于矿井事故存在破坏力大、原因复杂和易引起继发性事故等特点,使得矿难发生后外界无法及时展开救援。所以在矿山井下作业面放置具备抗压、防毒、防水、隔热并能提供必需的生存条件的应急救生舱是非常必要的。美国等发达国家在救生舱的设计与研发方面已经积累了相当多的经验,通过借鉴这些国家在设计、实践方面的经验,初步探讨了我国矿井救生舱设计,如动力设计、灾害抗击设计,具有食品能量供应、供氧、温度调节、排泄物处理功能的生命维持系统,生命保障与应急系统的整体框架思路及应注意的问题。 Due to the high destruction force,complicated causes,easy continued occurrences and other features of the mine accidents,it would be hard for the outside to have an on time rescue in the mine after a mine disaster occurred.Thus it is necessary to have an emergency refuge chamber with the pressure resistance,gas defense,water prevention,thermal isolation and with necessary living conditions placed in the working face of the underground mine.With the references of the experiences in the design practices of the developed countries,the paper had a preliminary discussion on the design on the Chinese mine refuge chamber,including the power design,the disaster resistance design,the life maintenance system with the food and energy supply,oxygen supply,temperature conditioning,excretion treatment functions,the integrated framework idea of the life protection and emergency system and the noted issues.
