摘要
高速铁路桥面防水层是提高桥梁结构耐久性的重要技术手段,既有桥梁由于桥面防水失效造成桥面渗水、钢筋腐蚀的实例很多,高速铁路要求聚脲防水层铺设于CRTSⅡ型轨道板下,要求防水层于无砟轨道板同寿命期,因此在施工工艺、原材料控制等方面必须结合环境条件严格控制,保证防水层的使用寿命。
Waterproof layer of high-speed railway bridge deck is an important technical measure of increasing the stability of bridge structure.There are many examples of water seepage and steel bar corrosion in bridge deck which are caused by the failure of deck waterproofing.In high-speed railway,polyurea waterproof layer is required to be laid under CRTSⅡtype track slab,and the life expectancy of waterproof layer should be similar to that of ballast track slab.Therefore,construction techniques and raw materials control must be in line with strict control on environment,to ensure the life expectancy of waterproof layer.
