Key Issues and Countermeasures in Construction Quality of PDL Carrying and Erecting Girders

京沪高速铁路采用高标准、高技术来建设,其中天津特大桥段的箱梁架设施工是日后施工的基础。施工采用TLJ900型架桥机整套设备,将箱梁提运、架设并安装到桥墩上,过程中由顶升系统来对箱梁进行三点受力调平,调平后再进行支座砂浆灌筑,这两个环节需要严保质量,才能为日后的施工打下坚实的基础。

Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway is of high standard and high-tech,in which box girder erection in Tianjin Extra-large Bridge is the foundation of following constructions.It adopts TLJ900 Bridge-erection Machine equipment package. Box girders are carried,erected and installed in bridge piers,during which the jacking system shall carry out three-point force leveling on the box girders.After leveling,bearing mortar is poured.The quality of these two steps should be ensured,to lay a solid foundation for construction in the future.
