北极航线地缘政治格局演变趋势分析

Analysis of Change Tendency of Arctic Route Geopolitical Structure

北极航线问题因为北冰洋的融化预期加快,而变得愈来愈重要。中国在这一问题上不能失去话语权,要争得北极航线问题国际机制上的主动权,需要对北极航线的地缘政治理论进行深入研究,为成功争取北极航线权益提供理论依据。本文在分析北极航线地缘政治格局演变趋势的基础上,提出我国应采取的三个策略:努力构建中国的北极航线地缘政治理论体系、依据《联合国海洋法公约》维护和发展我国海权、制定北极及北极航线地缘政治问题危机处置预案等。

Because of Arctic ice melting faster than expected,Arctic route issue has become increasingly important. On this issue,China can＇t lose the right to speak,in order to gain the right to take initiatives on the Arctic route issue,geopolitics of Arctic route should be in-depth study,presented theoretical basis for gaining rights and interests of Arctic route successfully. Finally,According to the analysis of arctic route geopolitical structure change tendency,three geopolitical strategies of the Arctic route issue are put toward,which provides ideas and concrete measures for our country gaining a geopolitical position of Arctic route.
