论VTS在通航安全与水域环境保护中的作用

本文首先介绍了船舶交通管理系统的结构,然后系统分析了船舶交通管理系统在通航安全与水域环境保护中所起的作用,指出了目前系统存在的不足,最后提出了有针对性的改进措施,有利于进一步发挥船舶交通管理系统在通航安全与水域环境保护中的作用。

This paper firstly introduces the structure of VTS. Secondly,the functions of VTS to ensure navigation safety and to protect the waterborne environments are systematically analyzed,and the drawbacks of current VTS are pointed out. Finally,the pertinent improving measures are brought up,which are helpful to facilitate the functions of VTS to ensure navigation safety and to protect the waterborne environments.
