摘要 夹持方式对大型透镜面形的变化具有十分重要的影响。为了使大口径非圆透镜的夹持系统不影响其面形,通过有限元软件ANSYS对透镜的三种夹持预案进行分析比较。针对侧边夹持方式研究了夹持点数与透镜变形的关系,确定了大口径非圆透镜的四周粘胶侧边十二点夹持的固定方式。建立了该透镜夹持系统的整体有限元模型并进行自重分析,得出透镜变形的PV值为0.1911μm,前后两表面面形变化的RMS值分别为0.0478μm和0.0450μm,由此证明所定夹持方案的合理性。 It has a great influence for the holding on mirror figure. In order to make the holding system not to affect the surface shape of large non-circular mirror, a self-gravity analysis of mirror with three different holding cases is done with the help of software named as ANSYS and those three simulation results are compared with each other. The relationship between the number of holding points and mirror deformation is researched with the condition of side-held method, as a result of which the round-glued and side-held method is applied to the support of large non-circular mirror. The finite element model of the whole support system is built and its self-gravity analysis is done. It comes out that the PV value of surface deformation is 0. 1911μm and the RMS value of the front and the back surface is respectively 0. 0478μm and 0. 0450μm, which shows the holding system is acceptable.
