摘要 杭州九堡大桥主航道桥是一座结合梁—钢拱组合体系拱桥,三跨拱肋构造相同,跨径均为188m。拱肋结构采用造型新颖的蝶形拱,其中副拱为空间弯扭构件。该文主要介绍主航道桥副拱的构造、空间弯扭造型、面板空间曲面展开方法,探讨空间弯扭构件的合理制造方法,并对弯扭构件制造过程中的扭转变形进行分析。 The main sea-route bridge of Hangzhou Jiubao Bridge is a beam-steel arch combined system of arch bridge. The arch rib constructions of three spans are same and the spans are all 188 m. The arch rib structure uses the new modeling of butterfly-shaped arch,in which the sub-arch is the space torsion member. The article mainly introduces the construction,space torsion modeling and faceplate space surface development method of the sub-arch for the main sea-route bridge,discusses the reasonable fabrication method of the space torsion member,and analyzes the torsion deformation in the course of torsion member fabrication.
