摘要
对于时间紧、任务重的投标项目,施工企业往往在短时间内不能编制出高质量的标书,并造成投标过程中的管理混乱。应用过程管理的方法是解决这种问题的措施之一。该文根据投标管理的顺序,从项目全过程管理、标书制作过程管理以及标价调整管理三个方面论述了投标过程管理的方法。
As for the limited time and more tasks,sometimes,the construction enterprises can not prepare the high-quality tendering documents in the short time,which will always confuse the management in the course of the tendering.The application of the process management method is one of the measures to solve this problem.The article discusses the method of the tendering process management from three aspects of the whole process management of a project,the preparing process management of tendering documents and adjusting management of tendering price.
