中国地方政府规模控制努力程度研究

On the Level of Efforts to Control the Scale of Local Government

根据影响政府规模的经济发展水平、人口规模、人口密度、城镇化水平等因素建立模型,发现人口规模对政府规模影响最大、人口密度次之、经济发展水平再次之、城镇化水平对政府规模的影响最小。由此提出适度政府规模的衡量标准并计算中国各地区政府规模控制努力程度,结果显示各地区的政府规模控制努力程度存在一定的差异。

According to the factors such as government＇s economic development,population scale,population density and urbanization level which influenced government scale,this paper built a modle.It revealed that the scale of the government had the greatest effect to government scale,the population density was the second,the level of economic development was the third and the level of urbanization had the smallest effect to government scale.Then it putforward measurement standard of appropriate government scale and calculated lev el of efforts to control the scale of government of all provinces.The results showed that the level of efforts to control the scale of govern ment of all provinces is differences.
