贫困大学生心理应激的定性和定量研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:使用定性和定量两种方法对贫困生和非贫困生进行心理应激研究,比较分析两种研究结果的相似性和差异性。方法:使用中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)和自编的大学生心理压力调研提纲对新疆8所本科高校的贫困生和非贫困生进行心理应激调查。结果:大学生心理压力调研提纲结果显示,个人发展、家庭经济和学业压力是贫困生和非贫困生心理压力的主要来源,贫困生认为家庭经济带来最大压力的比例高于非贫困生(P<0.05),非贫困生认为学业压力是最大压力的比例高于贫困生(P<0.05)。两组学生对压力的认知评价、应对方式、心身反应均无差异。中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)结果显示,贫困生在家庭和生活维度得分高于非贫困生(P<0.05),两组学生在学习、发展、社交和压力总分无差异(P≥0.05)。两组学生感受压力的大小、认知评价无差异。结论:对贫困大学生心理应激定性和定量研究结论较一致,贫困生面临较大的家庭经济压力。 Objective:To research the characters of psychological stress of the needy and average students through the integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches,analyze and comparing the results of similarities and differences.Methods:Adopting"CCSPSS"and"the questionnaire of psychological stress of universities' students" toward needy and average students in XINJIANG Uygur Autonomous Region.Results:The stress of personal development /study /family economy that are the main stress among universities students,the proportion of family economy in needy students which is obviously higher than average students while proportion of study in average group that is significantly higher than another;results are similar in appraisal about stress/coping style/psychosomatic response between two groups through "questionnaire of psychological stress of universities students".The stress of family and life in needy students is obviously higher than another group,The stress from study,development and social relation has no differences between two groups,the appraisal about events and stress level which are similar in them through "CCSPSS".Conclusion:The results about psychological stress of needy students are similar in qualitative and quantitative approaches,the needy students who are confronted with higher family stressor.
