摘要
目前常用的凿岩设备,在开孔时固定孔位的方法仍多用人工手扶钎杆的办法。因钎杆强烈振动,人力很难准确控制,因此,孔位不易保证。作者研制了极坐标扶钎器可以严格的控制钎杆,从而保证孔位准确。本文详细介绍了极坐标扶钎器的构造。
Currently, the locating of holes usually relies on a manually supporting rod method, but it is difficult to exactly operate due to violent vibration. In this paper, a polar coordinate drill-rod lifter was developed to strictly control drill rod in order to precisely locate the rod. The structure, principle, operation method and application scope of the polar coordiate drill-rod lifter are introduced.
