摘要
为了研究各种污染物的排放在不同冷却水温下的具体变化趋势,试验测量了怠速启动及小负荷热机工况、十五工况(ECE)和发动机试验台架外循环水冷却工况时气态污染物随水温的变化;发动机转速为1,400,r/min、转矩为60,N.m时颗粒物随水温的变化。结果表明:柴油机水温的变化对CO、THC和颗粒物(PM)排放的影响较大;ECE工况中,污染物随水温的变化规律与热机工况相同;发动机转速为2,000,r/min、转矩为100,N.m时,冷却水温在70,℃到90,℃之间波动,CO、THC和NOx的排放波动分别达到20%、16%,和8%。因此,在进行柴油机尾气相关的研究工作时,需要充分考虑水温变动对排放的影响;在发动机台架上,减小冷却水温的波动范围可以稳定污染物的排放。
To study emissions at different coolant temperature under idle operation,low speed and small load,Economic Commission for Europe(ECE) mode,engine gaseous emissions are measured.At engine speed of 1,400,r/min and torque of 60,N.m,PM emission is measured at different coolant temperature.Results demonstrate that emissions of CO,THC and PM are greatly influenced by coolant temperature.Under ECE mode,exhaust emissions with variation of coolant temperature under idle condition are in the same behavior to that under warm condition.At engine speed of 2,000,r/min and torque of 100,N.m,coolant temperature fluctuates between70,℃ and 90,℃,CO,THC and NOx fluctuate by 20%,16%,8% respectively.Therefore,coolant temperature fluctuation needs considering in emission analysis.Coolant temperature needs control steadily to measure emissions.
