摘要
为减少六缸柴油机的振动烈度和噪声辐射,提出了安装加强框的方法。通过对于原机和加装了加强框的机型进行有限元分析,得到缸体各阶自由模态,通过对固有频率的分析,得到有加强框的缸体的固有频率普遍偏高,加强框的安装对于增加缸体刚度有明显的效果。对该机构进行振动试验证实,加强框的安装可有效减少缸体各方向的振动烈度。最后,通过对原机和加装了加强框的机体进行噪声预测证明,加强框的安装可有效降低机体和噪声辐射。
A reinforcing post was applied to reduce the vibration and radiated noise of an in-line 6-cylinder engine.The modes of cylinder body with and without the reinforcing plate were analyzed by the finite element method.Result shows that the reinforcing post increases the natural frequency and improves the stiffness of cylinder body.From the vibration test results,the reinforcing post lowers the vibration in all direction.Noise test results show that the reinforcing post reduces the radiated noise from the cylinder body.
