摘要
提出了一个柴油发电机组运动件总成转动惯量的估算方法,即调速特性试验法,亦即利用柴油发电机组调速特性试验曲线(或数据),推算出柴油发电机组转动惯量。如何用试验的方法测发动机的转动惯量,一直是人们关注的研究课题。已有的发动机转动惯量测量方法,不是在测量操作上不易实现,就是在测量精度上难以保证。调速特性试验法与以往的方法相比,在测量操作上易实现,测量精度相对有保证。阐述了该方法的基本原理,并给出了估算的实例,进行了误差影响因素分析;通过多次估算和机组的调速特性模拟计算验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
A new method for estimating the moment of inertia of the moving parts of diesel generator set was proposed,which is named as the governor sensitivity test method.It deduced the moment of inertia of diesel generator set by means of analysing governor sensitivity test curve(or data)method.To measure the moment of inertia of diesel generator set with experimental methods is a difficult task.Some present methods for estimating the inertia moments of diesel generator set are ether hard to be realized or to ensure measuring accuracy.They can′t meet the research demands.Comparing with present methods,the governor sensitivity test method is easily handled with reliable measurement precision.The basic principle of this method is discussed in this paper.A calculation example of a moment of inertia is demonstrated.The factors affecting estimation error is analyzed.The effectiveness and applicability of this method are verified by the estimation of moment of inertia and the simulation of transient speed response of diesel genera-tor set.
