紫苏醇亚微乳剂对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7增殖的抑制作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究紫苏醇亚微乳剂对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制作用。方法:以紫苏醇溶液为对照,采用MTT比色法检测不同浓度(0、50、100、200、400、800μmol·L-1)紫苏醇亚微乳剂处理不同时间(24、48、72h)后对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的抑制率及半数抑制量(IC50)值,并设立空白组进行比较。结果:与空白组比较,试验组与对照组在作用24h、浓度高于400μmol·L-1,48h、浓度高于100μmol·L-1,72h、浓度高于50μmol·L-1时均表现出明显抑制作用(P<0.05);后2组抑制作用比较无显著性差异;试验组与对照组对MCF-7细胞株的IC50值分别为353.9、377.9μmol·L-1。结论:紫苏醇制成亚微乳剂后与其溶液比较,对人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7具有相同的抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate inhibition effect of Perillyl alcohol sub-microemulsion on the proliferation of human breast cancer cell MCF-7. METHODS: The inhibition rates of MCF-7 by different concentrations of Perillyl alcohol sub-microemulsion (0 μmol·L^-1, 50μmol·L^-1, 100μmol·L^-1, 200μmol·L^-1, 400μmol·L^-1, 800 μmol·L^-1) at different time(24 h, 48 h, 72 h)were measured by MTT with Perillyl alcohol solution (POH-SOL) as control and compared with blank group. RESULTS: Compared with blank group, Perillyl alcohol sub-microemulsion and POH-SOL in trial group and control group showed obvious inhibition effect at concentration of more than 400μmol·L^-1 at 24 h, 100μmol·L^-1 at 48 h and 50 μmol·L^-1 at 72 h (P〈Z0.05). There was no significant difference between 2 groups. IC50 of trial group and control group to MCF-7 were 353.9 μmol·L^-1 and 377.9μmol·L^-1, respectively. CONCLUSION: Perillyl alcohol sub-microemulsion can inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cell MCF-7 as well as POH-SOL.
