我院临床医师对药学服务工作认知度的调查

Questionnaire Survey of Clinical Physicians' Recognition on Pharmaceutical Care in Our Hospital

目的:为我院开展切实可行的临床药学服务提供参考。方法:以问卷调查表的形式,对我院临床医师在诊疗过程中遇到的药物有关问题、关于药师临床服务模式的了解情况、关于临床药学科研和教学等方面进行调查、分析。结果:120份发放的问卷中,有效问卷106份,调查中关于临床医师选择药物的最常依据是临床经验,在诊断明确药物治疗不顺利时调整药物的常用依据是专家建议;认为临床药师的工作模式主要是参加病房医师查房,协助医师选择药物;对临床药学室科研工作内容的了解主要集中在血药浓度监测等方面。结论:临床医师对药学服务有较大的需求,药学服务工作模式的多样化、专业化和个体化有助于我院临床药学工作的深入开展。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the development of feasible clinical pharmaceutical care in our hospital. METHODS. Questionnaire survey was adopted to analyze the relevant problems of drugs in the course of diagnosis, recognition of clinical pharmacist on clinical pharmaceutical care mode, scientific research and education of clinical pharmacy. RESULTS： 120 pieces of questionnaires were sent out and 106 available questionnaires were retrieved. The selection of drugs usually based on clinical experience of physicians; the adjustment of drug therapy commonly based on expert advice when satisfactory therapy hadn＇ t achieved; clinical pharmacists mainly assisted physicians to make the rounds of the wards and choose medicine; the scientific research in clinical pharmacy department focused on plasma concentration monitoring. CONCLUSION： The physicians had great demand in pharmaceutical care. Clinical pharmacy service should keep various, professional and individual so as to develop the clinical pharmacy thoroughly.
